Account Deletion
You can control and delete your Laumė data. This page explains how.
Delete individual entries in the app
While signed in, open Settings → History. You can view, edit, and delete past entries including weight logs, measurements, daily logs, period logs, and photos.
Sign out
Signing out removes your session token from your device. Your cloud data remains until you request full account deletion.
Delete your entire account (in the app)
To delete your entire account and all associated cloud data immediately:
- Open Laumė and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Read the warning, type
DELETEto confirm, and tap Delete account.
Your cloud data is removed right away. You will be signed out automatically.
Delete by email (alternative)
If you cannot access the app, email hello@laume.app with:
- Subject line:
Account deletion - The email address used to sign in
- Confirmation that you want all data permanently deleted
We will verify the request and delete your account data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile and settings
- Weight entries and body measurements
- Daily wellness logs (including any Health Connect soft-filled metrics)
- Period and cycle logs
- Progress photos and profile avatar
- Medication reminders
- Generated insights
What may remain temporarily
Encrypted backups or server logs may be retained for a limited period for security and legal compliance, then purged according to our retention practices.
